Employment of foreigners from third countries in the Czech Republic and Germany - comparison

Abstract:

Zájem cizinců ze třetích zemí o zaměstnání v České republice v posledních letech neustále roste a zároveň nízká míra nezaměstnanosti nutí české zaměstnavatele hledat pracovníky v zahraničí. Cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat českou legislativu v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců ze třetích zemí v porovnání s německou legislativou, zjistit rozdíly a nedostatky a předložit návrhy na možná zlepšení české legislativy, která by mohla usnadnit proces zaměstnávání jak pro cizince, tak pro českého zaměstnavatele. Vedlejším cílem je také zjistit problémy spojené se zaměstnáváním cizinců v oblasti cestovního ruchu v České republice.

Abstract:

In recent years, interest in employment in the Czech Republic among foreigners from third countries has been constantly increasing, while at the same time the low unemployment rate also makes Czech employers look for workers abroad. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to examine the Czech law on the employment of third-country nationals in comparison to the German law, to find differences and disadvantages, and to propose possible improvements of the Czech law, which could facilitate the employment process for both the foreigner and the Czech employer. A secondary aim is also to discover problems related to the employment of foreigners in the field of tourism in the Czech Republic.
