The possibilities of additional utilization of the railway line Chvatimech-Hronec (SK)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití železniční tratě Chvatimech Hronec v rámci rozvoje železniční dopravy v regionu, skládá se z 3 hlavních částí: - Analýza trati, kde je vysvětlena historie dopravy v regionu, pořadí staveb jednotlivých tratí v úseku Chvatimech Hronec a jejich důležitostí, zaobírá se stavem osobní a nákladní dopravy, - Návrh záměrů a opatření k oživení provozu, práce pojednává o krocích, které je potřebné provést, aby trať nebyla zařazena do seznamu tratí k likvidaci, - Zhodnocení návrhů, kde jsou hodnoceny předložené návrhy z hlediska jejich použitelnosti a možné aplikace do praxe.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on possible use of the railway line Chvatimech - Hronec with respect to development of the railway transportation in the region, the work consists of 3 main chapters: - An analysis of the railway route including the history of transportation in the region, timeline of development of sections of the route Chvatimech - Hronec and their respective importance, and state of current passenger and freight service. - A proposal with aim to boost the level of service at the railway route, steps necessary to avoid inclusion of the route at list of railway routes for withdrawal and dismantling. - Evaluation of proposals with respect to their possible application.
