Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, která forma financování pořízení dlouhodobého majetku je výhodnější, zda financování prostřednictvím leasingu, nebo úvěru. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out which form of financing the acquisition of tangible fixed assets is more advantageous, whether funding by leasing or credit. The theory section deals with the characteristics of fixed assets, methods of acquisition, depreciation and asset disposal. The next section explains the terms of a lease and a loan.
