Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje rozpočtovou soustavu, jakož i její funkce, zásady a skladbu. Rozebírá hlavní příčiny růstu veřejného dluhu a poukazuje na způsoby krytí veřejného dluhu a jeho důsledky. Podrobněji je analyzován vývoj zadlužení České republiky v letech 2003-2010.
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the budget structure of the Czech Republic, its functions, principles and composition. The work defines the main causes of the growth of the public debt and lists the methods of its covering as well as its consequences. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of the evolution of the Czech public debt between 2003 and 2010.
