Abstract:
Práce se zabývá trestem obecně prospěšných prací v rámci dalších alternativních trestů. Práce se zaměřuje převážně na právní úpravu v České republice a zabývá se rovněž srovnáním s právní úpravou v zahraničí.
Abstract:
Thesis concerns with community service sentence within other alternative sanctions. The thesis deals especially with the Czech legal regulation of community service and it also deals with comparisons with legislation abroad.
