Competitive ability of a hotel
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění konkurenceschopnosti Interhotelu Moskva ve Zlínském kraji. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a jejich definice. Diplomová práce obsahuje zhodnocení, jak získaných poznatků ze širokého spektra různých druhů analýz a dotazníkového šetření, tak i návrhy a doporučení, která by vedla k posílení konkurenční pozice IH Moskva na trhu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine the competitiveness of Interhotel Moskva in Zlin region. This work shows the basic terms and their definitions.
