Working Hours and Work Overtime in the EU Countries
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pracovní doby a práci přesčas v ČR a dalších zemích Evropské unie. Práce charakterizuje a vymezuje základní pojmy s ohledem na platnou právní úpravu a pojednává o dalších pojmech, které úzce souvisejí s pracovní dobou. V práci je také uvedena teorie do praxe, zejména v podobě zkracování pracovní doby, která je v ČR jedna z nejdelších.

The thesis deals with the issue of working time and overtime work in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries. The thesis characterizes and defines the basic terms with respect to the valid legal legislation and deals with other terms that are closely related to working hours.
