Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi ve vzdělávání nezaměstnaných osob do 30 let věku, které se chtějí uplatnit na trhu práce a potřebují nově získat nebo si prohloubit některé znalosti, dovednosti a schopnosti. This dessertation is dealing with the issue of a competence in education of unemployed people bellow the age of 30, who need to acquire or deepen some knowledge or skills in order to joint the labour market.
