Práce pojednává o postavení vlastníka nemovitosti v procesu prohlašování památkové ochrany, přičemž zároveň seznamuje s jednotlivými typy památkové ochrany včetně způsobu jejich prohlašování a zabývá se též problematikou ochrany veřejného zájmu v souvislosti s památkovou péčí. The thesis deals with the status of a property owner in the process of declaration of cultural heritage protection, while it introduces different types of cultural heritage protection including the process of declaration.
