Abstract:

Eva Cvrčková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Mirka Nečasová, Ph.D. Počet slov základního textu: 23773 Práce se zabývá možnostmi prevence syndromu vyhoření z pohledu vedoucího pracovníka v aplikaci na Policii ČR. Cílem této práce je zjistit praktické možnosti vedoucích pracovníků, které směřují k eliminaci tohoto jevu, popř. existenci zásadních překážek, které jim v tom brání. Začátek práce popisuje syndrom vyhoření jako jev ohrožující zejména pracovníky pomáhajících profesí, průběh tohoto jevu a rizikové faktory, které se k němu váží se zaměřením především na faktory v pracovní oblasti. Dále práce popisuje roli vedoucího a podřízeného a jejich vzájemný vztah - jeho formální úpravu danou zákonem a také neformální stránku tohoto vztahu - tedy psychologickou smlouvu. Podstatná část práce je věnována motivaci a možnostem úpravy pracovního prostředí tak, aby byla získána odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jaká je role vedoucího v prevenci syndromu vyhoření u podřízených v rámci Policie ČR?“ Empirická část popisuje samotný výzkum realizovaný rozhovorem s vedoucími a analýzou dokumentů – zejména interních aktů řízení. Zjištění, která z této práce vyplývají a jejichž aplikace by měla napomoci předcházet vzniku syndromu vyhoření, budou formulována jako doporučení pro vedoucí pracovníky.

Eva Cvrčková Supervisor: PhDr. Mirka Nečasová, Ph.D. Number of words in the basic text: 23773 The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of the prevention of the burnout syndrome from the perspective of a manager in an application to the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to find the manager´s practical ways to eliminate this phenomenon or to reveal the existence of the major obstacles that prevent from doing so. The first part of the work describes the burnout syndrome as a phenomenon threatening especially helping professions, the course of this phenomenon and the related high-risk factors, focusing primarily on the factors in the working area. It also describes the role of the manager and the subordinate and their relationship - its formal adjustment given in law and the informal aspects of this relationship - the psychological contract. The major part of the work is devoted to the motivation and the possibilities of modifying the working environment so as to obtain an answer to the key question: "What is the role of an executive in the prevention of the burnout syndrome among the subordinates within the Police of the Czech Republic?" The empirical part describes the research implemented by the interviews with the executives and the analysis of the documents – particularly the managing internal acts. The findings from the thesis, which should help to prevent the burnout syndrome, will be formulated as the recommendations for the executives.
