Evaluation of the effect of the method of tree grouting protection in selected fungal pathogens of the pineassimilation apparatus (Pinus)

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývala zhodnocením účinnosti šesti fungicidních látek na dva patogeny. Šest fungicidů (Horizon 250 EW, Phospho-jet, Propizol, Previcur Energy, Ortiva a Topas 100 EC) bylo testováno v podmínkách in vitro kultury pro patogeny Dothistroma septosporum a Lecanosticta acicola. Fungicidní látky byly testovány v rozpětí koncentrací roztoku 0,0001 % až 100 %. Pro metodu stromové injektáže byly použity dvě z testovaných fungicidních látek (Horizon 250 EW a Phospho - jet). Injektáž byla provedena na borovici těžké (Pinus ponderosa). Zastavení růstu bylo zjištěno u dvou testovaných fungicidů (Topas 100 EC a Propizol), naopak fungicid Phospho-jet měl ve všech koncentracích stimulační účinek na oba zkoumané patogeny. Výsledky z laboratorního výzkumu korespondují s výsledky stromové injektáže.

Abstract:

This work evaluates the effectiveness of six fungicidal substances on two pathogens. Six fungicides (Horizon 250 EW, Phospho-jet, Propizol, Previcur Energy, Ortiva and Topas 100 EC) were tested under in-vitro culture conditions for the pathogens Dothistroma septosporum and Lecanosticta acicola. The fungicides were tested as solutions with variable concentrations ranging from 0.0001% to 100%. Two of the tested anti-fungal agents, Horizon 250 EW and Phosphojet, were used for the tree injection method. The injection of these substances was performed on heavy pine (Pinus ponderosa). While clear evidence of fungal growth arrest was found using Topas 100 EC and Propizol, the fungicide Phospho-jet had a stimulating effect on both investigated pathogens in all concentrations.
