Bakalářská práce se věnuje vzrůstajícímu počtu levicových vlád v Latinské Americe, zkoumá historický sociálně-ekonomický vývoj způsobující "rozmach nového socialismu", zkoumá vliv socialismu na domácí ekonomiky, na orientaci zahr. politik, na spolupráci zemí v Latinské Americe a nová politicko geografická pouta hlavně mezi Kubou, Venezuelou, Bolívií a Nikaraguí(popř.
