Abstract:

BARANIAK, Mariana. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s onemocněním štítné žlázy. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s onemocněním štítné žlázy. Jejím cílem je shrnout aktuální informace o onemocnění štítné žlázy a specifikovat ošetřovatelskou péči u pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Dalším cílem je realizovat ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta trpícího onemocněním štítné žlázy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První, teoretická část obsahuje šest kapitol, které se dále rozdělují do podkapitol. Je zde přiblížena patofyziologie onemocnění, kde se krátce popisuje štítná žláza, jsou rozebrána jednotlivá její onemocnění, jejich klinické projevy a etiologie. Dále jsou popsány možnosti diagnostiky, jejich farmakologická a chirurgická léčba i metoda sklerotizace uzlů. Součástí teoretické části je kompletní popis jednotlivých kroků předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s onemocněním štítné žlázy. V poslední kapitole se popisuje obecně ošetřovatelský proces a jeho jednotlivé fáze. Praktická část zpracována formou kazuistiky, a to pomocí koncepčního modelu zdraví Marjory Gorgon, ošetřovatelský proces u vybrané pacientky s diagnózou netoxické jednouzlové strumy. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy jsou stanoveny na základě NANDA-I Taxonomie II 2018–2020, dále jsou tříděny podle priorit a blíže rozpracovány. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro všeobecné sestry, pacienty a jejich blízké.

BARANIAK, Mariana. Nursing Care of Patient with Thyroid Disease. Bachelor thesis. Medical College, 2024. The bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care of a patient with thyroid disorder. Its aim is to summarise current information about thyroid disorder and specify nursing care in a patient with this disorder. Another aim is to perform a nursing process in a patient with thyroid disorder. The thesis consists of two parts. The first one is theoretical and includes six chapters, each of them divided into sub-chapters. Pathophysiology of a disorder is explained with a short description of the thyroid gland; its individual disorders are analysed, their clinical symptoms and etiology. Furthermore, possibilities of diagnostics, their pharmaceutical and surgical treatment and a method of sclerotherapy of thyroid cysts are described. The theoretical part also includes a complete description of individual steps of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care of a patient with thyroid disorder. In the last chapter, the nursing process and its stages are described in general. The practical part uses casuistic to analyse the nursing process in a selected female patient diagnosed with a non-toxic gaiter through Marjory Gordon ́s conceptual health model. Nursing diagnoses are set according to NANDA-I Taxonomy II 2018– 2020, furthermore they are classified according to priorities and they are processed in details. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis provides recommendations for general nurses, patients and their families.
