The crimes against life and health caused by negligence
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá trestnými činy proti životu a zdraví spáchanými nedbalostním zaviněním. Začátek práce se zabývá obecně trestnými činy a skutkovou podstatou trestných činů. Dále jsou obsahem práce především jednotlivé nedbalostní trestné činy a formy zavinění, zejména v podobě nedbalosti. Část práce je také věnována historii, srovnání se zahraničím a judikaturou.
Abstract:
This work deals with the crimes against life and health caused by negligence. The begin of the work deals with crimes against life and health and facts of the crimes general. The content of this work are mainly negligent crimes and forms of culpability, especially in the form of negligence. Part of the work is devoted to history, comparison with countries and adjucations.
