Diplomová práca je zameraná na problematiku likvidácie poistných udalostí pri škodách na zdraví a na živote. Jej cieľom je charakterizovať proces likvidácie poistných udalostí pri škodách na zdraví a na živote, analyzovať ho a porovnať u vybraných komerčných poisťovní.
