The micro-region as one of the options for successful cooperation between municipalities drawing grant funds

Abstract:

Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce představuje důležitou roli mikroregionu jako jednu z možných alternativ spolupráce obcí za ůčelem získávání finančních prostředků z evropských fondů. Definuje mikroregiony jako specifickou formu meziobecní spolupráce a její nezastupitelnou roli v regionálním rozvoji. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje jednak, význam a důležitost postavení obcí v systému územní spolupráce, jednak obecnou charakteristiku regionálního rozvoje, vymezení jednotlivých termínů v oblasti partnerství, jeho nejdůležitější a největší přínosy, pochopitelně také zmiňuji některá úskalí, která přináší nemalé vrásky na čele mnoha představitelům obcí při čerpání dotací. V praktické části představuji dva mikroregiony a další možné typy spolupráce, dokumenty, nástroje a formy financování, které jsou potřebné k realizaci jednotlivých projektů. Jedná se o mikroregiony: „Ladův kraj” a „Od Okoře k Vltavě “, dále jsou to obce Pyšely a Únětice, které se nacházejí ve Středočeském kraji a nejsou a nikdy nebyly členy žádného mikroregionálního spolku

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis is an important micro role as one of the possible alternatives cooperation between municipalities in order to obtain financial resources from European funds. Defines the micro as a specific form of intermunicipal cooperation and its indispensable role in regional development. The theoretical part of the paper outlines the first, the meaning and importance of the position of municipalities in the territorial co-operation, both the general characteristics of regional development, definition of terms in the partnership, its most important and greatest benefit, of course, also mention some of the pitfalls that brings considerable wrinkles on the forehead of many community leaders Receiving grants. In the practical part presents two micro-regions, as well as possible ways of cooperation, documents, instruments and forms of financing needed to implement cooperation, documents, instruments and forms of financing needed to implement individual projects. There are microregion´s „Ladův kraj" and „Od Okoře k Vltavě” and two villiges „Pyšely“ and „Únětice“ which have never been located in the Central Region.
