Apprentice Training School - Preparation for an Open Job Market
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Odborné učiliště – příprava na otevřený trh práce“ charakterizuje vzdělávání na odborném učilišti a popisuje specifika jeho žáků. Podrobněji se zabývá vstupem absolventů na otevřený trh práce, tedy mechanismy otevřeného trhu práce, podporou státu pro znevýhodněné i postoji potencionálních zaměstnavatelů.
Abstract:
Diploma work „Apprentice Training School - Preparation for an Open Job Market“ characterises education at apprentice training school and describes specifications of its students. It deals with entry of graduates to an open job market, with mechanisms of open job market, with state support for disadvantaged and also with attitude of potential employer.
