Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaký mají ženy pohled na muže v roli porodního asistenta, zda pociťují stud při vyšetřování lékařem na gynekologii nebo v porodnici a jestli je nějaký rozdíl v pohledu na toto téma u mladších a starších žen a u žen, které si porodem již prošly, a které ještě nerodily. Metodika: Průzkumný soubor byl tvořen 105 těhotnými ženami, které navštěvovaly gynekologicko-porodnické ambulance v Ostravě. Ženy vyplnily anonymní dotazník, ve kterém odpovídaly na sedm otázek. Šetření probíhalo od listopadu 2013 ? ledna 2014. Výsledky: Veřejným průzkumem bylo zjištěno, že ženy nevidí velké rozdíly mezi porodní asistentkou ? mužem a porodní asistentkou ? ženou. I když některé ženy si stále myslí, že by tato profese měla zůstat doménou žen, oproti tomu si taky ženy myslí, že by muži jako porodní asistenti mohli být přínosem pro tuto oblast. Jen zřídka by některá žena přímo odmítala muže ? porodního asistenta u porodu. Závěr: Ženy nemají velký rozdíl v pohledu na muže jako porodní asistenty a ženy jako porodní asistentky, i když se ještě stále můžeme setkat s ženami, které si myslí, že by tato profese měla zůstat i nadále doménou žen a to i přesto, že v dnešní době se muži věnují gynekologii a porodnictví více než v minulosti. Některé ženy si i dokonce myslí, že muži ? porodní asistenti by mohli být přínosem pro tuto oblast.

Abstract:

Intention: The intention of this bachelor´s thesis is to find out women´s attitude on a male midwife, to find out if the women are ashamed while being examinating by a doctor in gynecological clinic or maternal hospital, and if there is an attitude difference between younger and older women and between women, who had already delivered and those who had not. Methodics: The researched file consisted of 105 pregnant women who visited gynecological clinics in Ostrava. The women have completed the anonymous questionaire in witch they had to answer seven questions. The research lasted since November 2013 to January 2014. Outcomes: The taken research shows that the women do not see significant differences between female and male midwife. Although some women still think that this profession should be a women´s range, others think that male midwifes could be rather gains in this area. Seldom the women would strictly refuse a male midwife during their delivery. Conclusion: The women do not see a big diference between male and female midwifes, but there still are women who think that the midwifery should be a women´s spere of competence, even though nowadays men (doctors) attend to gynecology much more than in the past. Some women, on the other hand, think that male midwifes could be rather gains for this area.
