Legislative support for people with disabilities and the effects of its amendment on a regional scale.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Legislativní podpora osob se zdravotním postižením a dopady její novelizace v regionálním měřítku je zaměřena na prokázání vlivu novely zákona o poskytování dávek osobám se zdravotním postižením účinné ode dne 1. 3. 2020 na praxi v oblasti nepojistných sociálních dávek s lokálním zaměřením na Ústecký kraj. Práce si klade za cíl ověřit, zda došlo k naplnění legislativních záměrů předkladatelů novely. V rámci výzkumu byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, kdy pomocí rozhovoru s odborníky z praxe v oboru nepojistných sociálních dávek se práce pokusí definovat přínosy a limity přijatých změn a na základě zjištěných skutečností bude dán prostor k možným dalším návrhům řešení na zlepšení životní situace osob s dlouhodobě nepříznivým zdravotním stavem v kontextu dávek spadajících pod předmětný zákon.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic"Legislative support for people with disabilities and the effects of its amendment on a regional sale" is aimed at demonstrating the impact of the amendment to the disability benefits act valid from March 1 2020 on practice in the field of non-insurance social benefits wits a local focus to the Ústecký region. The thesis aim tu verify whether the legislative intentions of the amendment have been fulfilled. Qualitative research was used in the research, where used in the help a semi-structured interview with experts from practice in the field of non-insurance social benefits, the work will try tu define the benefits and limits of changes and based on the findings will be given space fot possible futher solution tu improve the living situation of long-term unfavorable health condition in the context of benefits falling unde the law in question.
