Předmětem práce „Právní charakteristika poplatku“ je komplexní analýza právního postavení poplatků v právním řádu České republiky. Práce se zabývá problematikou pojmového odlišení daň a poplatku, následně přináší definici poplatku a stanovuje jeho základní konstrukční prvky. The subject of the thesis „Legal Characteristics of a Fee “ is to analyze the legal status of fees in legal system of the Czech republic. The thesis deals with the issue of differentiation of a fee from the concept of a tax and then brings a definition of a fee and set up its basic structural elements.
