Tato bakalářská představuje rešerši současné literatury o trombofilii a příbuzných onemocněních, založených na defektech hemokoagulace. Hlavní část práce je věnována problematice molekulárně genetické detekce leidenské mutace genu kódujícího faktor FV a jejího výskytu jak u pacientů s trombofilními stavy, tak v běžné populaci. The thesis is a recent literature review on thrombophilia and related diseases based on haemocoagulation defects.
