Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá exekúciou, exekučným konaním a ďalšími inštitútmi výkonu rozhodnutí. Prvá kapitola práce ponúka prehľad historického vývoja exekučného práva a rozbor súčasnej právnej úpravy. Hoci je práca zameraná na výkon občianskoprávnej exekúcie, poskytuje taktiež opis iných typov exekúcie.
