Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním změn v expresi Fc receptoru CD32 a receptoru CD11b na povrchu B-lymfocytů u pacientů s CVID. Cílem práce je porovnání cytometricky naměřených dat exprese těchto receptorů na jednotlivých B-lymfocytárních subpopulacích u skupiny pacientů s CVID a u kontrolní skupiny. This bachelor thesis deals with detection of changes in expression of Fc receptor CD32 and receptor CD11b on B-cells in CVID patients. The aim of this study is to compare the expression of these Fc receptors on individual B-cells subpopulations in CVID patients and in the control group using by flow cytometry.
