Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje míru rizika strážníka obecní policie, který není na základě rozhodnutí vedení obce ozbrojen služební zbraní, seznamuje s analýzou rizik z několika pohledů a zaujímá stanovisko ke kompetentnosti rozhodnutí obce o vybavení strážníka služební zbraní.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyses a risk rate of a municipality police constable, who is not armed with a service weapon by a decision of a municipality council. It presents a risk analysis from several points of view and it adopts a position towards a competence of the municipality decision about equipping the constable with a service weapon.
