Tato práce popisuje a charakterizuje výskyt a význam mastných kyselin v mikroorganismech a ostatních živých systémech. V práci je popsána struktura membrán, výstavba a funkce mastných kyselin v membránách. In the bachelor thesis is described and characterized occurence and importance of fatty acids in microorganism and other vital systems. Structure of membrane and signification and function of fatty acids in membranes are been use up in this study.
