Accounting and Tax Aspects of Entering of a Czech Commercial Company on Slovakian Market
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku založení organizační složky zahraniční právnické osoby na Slovensku. Analyzuje postupy účtování i daňové dopady organizační složky, porovnává hlavní odlišnosti při účtování identických případů v ČR a na Slovensku ve vybraných oblastech. Na základě zjištěných skutečností posuzuje variantu založení společnosti s ručením omezeným v konkrétní firmě.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the issues of establishing organizational constituent of foreign legal person in Slovakia. Accounting procedures are analysed as well as tax impact of organizational constituent.
