Anti-flood measures
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou povodní a jednotlivými druhy protipovodňových opatření, která přispívají ke zmírnění materiálních i lidských ztrát při povodňových stavech. V závěru práce je proveden odhad potenciálních škod v obci Vrdy a následné zhodnocení efektivnosti provedeného protipovodňového opatření v této obci.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the characteristics of floods and individual types of anti-flood measures which contribute to a reduction in material damage and human losses during flooding. In conclusion an estimate is made of the potential damage to the municipality Vrdy and a subsequent efficiency assessment of anti-flood measures taken in this village.
