Medical Nutrition from a Patient View
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stravování pacientů ve vybraném nemocničním zařízení. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky předních odborníků na léčebnou výživu. Praktickou část tvoří výzkumné šetření spokojenosti pacientů s podávanou stravou. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Výsledky šetření budou použity na zlepšení péče o výživu pacientů v tomto zařízení.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on patients' meals in a selected hospital. The theoretical part presents the findings of leading experts in medical nutrition. The practical part consists of an investigation in to patient satisfaction with the meal. The results are summarized in tables and graphs. Results of the survey will be used to improve the nutritional care of patients at this facility.
