Název mé bakalářské práce je „Řízení před Soudním dvorem EU proti ČR“. Tato práce analyzuje fungování Evropské unie, Soudního dvora a řízení před Soudním dvorem především v řízení o předběžné otázce. The title of my bachelor´s thesis is "The procedure before the EU Court of Justice against the Czech Republic." This paper analyzes the functioning of the European Union, the Court of Justice and the proceedings before the Court of Justice, especially in the procedure for preliminary rulings.
