Psychological conception of cyberbullying

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá psychologickou problematikou kyberšikany. Podstatou práce je shrnutí některých dosavadních poznatků souvisejících s kyberšikanou. V první části práce jsou čtenáři seznámeni s prostředím, ve kterém se kyberšikana odehrává. Zvláštní pozornost je zde věnována novým médiím a sociálním sítím. Práce se dále věnuje formám kyberšikany, prostředkům, charakteristice agresora a oběti. V závěru teoretické části jsou vymezeny zákony související s kyberšikanou, role pedagogů a rodičů při prevenci a některé preventivní a výzkumné programy. Cílem výzkumné práce je zjištění výskytu kyberšikany zejména na sociální síti Facebook. Práce vymezuje nejčastější formy kyberšikany, odhaluje nejohroženější skupiny a zkušenosti obětí s kyberšikanou. K dosažení tohoto cíle byla realizována analýza kvantitativních dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativních dat získaných z rozhovorů s oběťmi kyberšikany.

Abstract:

The work follows up the psychological cyberbullying. The basis of this work is the summary of knowledge, which is related to the cyberbullying. There is familiarity with the environment of the cyberbullying in the first part of this work. The special attention is paid to new media and social networks. The work is also dedicated to the form of cyberbullying, means of cyberbullying, characteristics of the aggressor and the victim. There are laws related to the cyberbullying, the role of teachers and parents in the prevention and some preventive and research programs at the end of this theoretic part. The goal of my research work is to find out the occurrence mainly on the network Facebook. The work defines the most common forms of cyberbullying and finds the most vulnerable groups and victims´ experiences with the cyberbullying. The goal was reached by analysis of quantitative data obtained from the survey and qualitative data obtained from the interviews with victims of cyberbullying.
