Abstract:

Tvorba business plánu je základním kamenem startupové kultury, která je hnacím motorem inovací posledních několika dekád. Tato práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu konkrétního startupu zaměřujícího se na radikální inovaci v oboru arboristiky. Práce poskytne jak teoretickou základnu, tak konkrétní podnikatelský plán potřebný pro úspěšné spuštění firmy. Práce následně zhodnotí inovativnost podnikatelského plánu a případně navrhne úpravy, jak plán pozměnit tak, aby se zvýšily šance firmy na trhu.

Abstract:

Creating of a business plan is the cornerstone of startup culture, which has been a driving force behind innovation in the last few decades. This thesis is focused on creation of a business plan of a specific startup company, which is focused on radical innovation in the field of arboriculture. There are theoretical bases included in the thesis, as well as specific business plan necessary for starting the business on the market. The thesis then evaluates the innovativeness of the business plan and, if necessary, suggests adjustments to change the plan, so as to increase the company’s chances on the market.
