Cílem tohoto výzkumu je poskytnout komplexní pohled na faktory způsobující rozdíly ve mzdách žen a mužů v Evropské unii, zejména v hierarchických organizačních strukturách. Studie dále zahrnuje identifikaci důležitých faktorů a jejich následků na celkovou strukturu distribuce mezd.
