In our bachelor thesis we deal with the evaluation of employees in general and in the specific bank. The work is devided into four parts. In the first a second chapter we deal with the evaluation in general, we focus on relevant concepts of this issue. The third chapter consist of analysis of the evaluation system in the selected bank. V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme hodnotením zamestnancov vo všeobecnosti a hodnotením zamestnancov v konkrétnej banke. Práca je rozdelená na štyri kapitoly. V prvých dvoch kapitolách sa zaoberáme hodnotením zamestnancov vo všeobecnej rovine, zameriavame sa na relevantné pojmy týkajúce sa danej problematiky, tretia kapitola sa skladá priamo z analýzy systému hodnotenia vo vybranej banke a v poslednej …more
