Abstract:
Práce se věnuje internetovému poradenství, konkrétně obsahům e-mailů jako nástroji intervence. Teoretická část zahrnuje dvě oblasti: 1. výhody a nevýhody internetového poradenství a 2. kvalita a profesionalita e-mailových odpovědí poradců. The thesis deals with the question of online counseling, concrete contents of e-mails as the instrument of intervention. The theoretical part of the work involves two basic areas – 1) advantages and disadvantages of online counseling and 2) quality and professionalism of e-mail answers of counselors.
