Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na epigenetiku, vysvětluje její definici, princip a charakteristiku mechanismů. Dále popisuje tři nejznámější duševní onemocnění, mezi které patří schizofrenie, bipolární porucha a velká depresivní porucha. Druhá část práce se zabývá epigenetickými vlivy na tyto duševní onemocnění.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on epigenetics, explaining its definition, principle and characterization mechanisms. It also describes the three most well-known mental illnesses, which include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder. The second part of the thesis discusses the epigenetic influences on these mental illnesses.
