Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem dekubitů. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou sestry dostatečně informované v oblasti prevence dekubitů a mají určitou úroveň znalostí v problematice dekubitů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na poznatky týkající se charakteristiky dekubitů, které jsem získali z využité odborné literatury a informačních zdrojů. V první části se zabýváme celkovými znalostmi spojené s dekubity a v druhé části jsme se zaměřili na jejich prevenci a léčbu. Praktická část byla zahájena určením cíle, podle kterého byly sestaveny otázky v průzkumném šetření. Pro diskuzi byl zvolen souhrn výsledků z průzkumného šetření. Závěr práce je vypracován dle doporučení získaného z výsledků průzkumu a možných doporučení určených pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of pressure ulcers. The main goal of this work was to find out whether nurses are sufficiently informed in the field of pressure ulcer prevention and have a certain level of knowledge in pressure ulcers. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we focus on the knowledge about the characteristics of pressure ulcers, which I obtained from the literature and information sources. In the first part we deal with the general knowledge associated with pressure ulcers and in the second part we focused on their prevention and treatment. The practical part started by determining the goal according to which the questions were compiled in the exploratory survey. We chose a quantitative method using an anonymous questionnaire in the form of a subjective opinion of the nurses, which will serve to determine the results of an informed survey. The conclusion of the work is prepared according to the recommendations obtained from the results of the survey and possible recommendations for practice.
