Předmětem této práce je analýza výlučných pravomocí EU v oblasti společné obchodní politiky. V první část práce obsahuje vymezení pravomocí EU v oblasti společné obchodní politiky. Ve druhé části je analyzována realizace těchto pravomocí ve vnitřních věcech a ve vztazích s nečlenskými státy a jsou zde vymezeny meze výlučnosti pravomoci EU v dané oblasti. The bachelor thesis is focused on anlysis of EU exclusive competence in common trading policy. First part of diploma contains definition of EU competence in common trading policy. The second section analyzes the implementation of these competences in the internal relations and in its relations with third countries and there are defined limits in exclusivity of EU competence in this area.
