Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností vychovatele ve školní družině. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří úseků. V první řadě se zabývám osobností, kde pozornost směřuji hlavně na definici a strukturu osobnosti. Poté se věnuji vychovateli ve školní družině a v neposlední řadě samotnou školní družinou. This bachelor thesis deals the personality of a tutor in a school club. The theoretical part consists of three sections. First of all, I deal with personalities while focusing mainly on the definition and the personality structure.
