Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnaných osob starších padesáti let. Rozdělena je na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části specifikujeme významy základních pojmů dané problematiky, v empirické části věnujeme pozornost analýze nezaměstnaných osob věku nad 50 let. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the problems of unemployed people aged 50 and older. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. We specify the meanings of basic terms in the theoretical part and we pay attention to the analysis of unemployed people over the age of 50 in the empirical part.
