Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychosomatickou zátěží interních sester na lůžkovém oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je zaměřena na historii povolání a seznámení s interním oddělením. Dále je zde porovnáván rozdíl mezi psychosomatickou, psychickou, fyzickou zátěží a řešení jejich prevence. The bachelors thesis includes with psychosomatic stress of the internal nurse in inpatient ward. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part is focused on the history of the profession and introduction to internal department.Then compares the difference between psychosomatic, psychological, physical stress and their prevention.
