The aim of my bachelor´s thesis was to adapt the topic „Legal consequences of marital break-up by divorce. I analysed the accessible literature, the sources of information for set field and I defined the legal regulations of the ending of marriage during the era of ancient Rome, in the area of Czech countries one hundred years ago and at present time.
