Possibilities of neural network deployment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním existujících frameworků pro nasazení neuronových sítí. V teoretické části je popsán úvod do problematiky neuronových sítí, analýza současného stavu frameworků pro hluboké učení a možnosti nasazení modelu strojového učení do provozu. V praktické části jsou pak tyto možnosti demonstrovány vytvořením dvou aplikací pro klasifikaci objektu s využitím modelu InceptionResNetV2. Zde je využito API Keras a webový framework Flask pro nasazení do webové aplikace. Mobilní aplikace je realizována s pomocí frameworku TensorFlow Lite, kde proběhla i po-tréninková kvantifikace za účelem optimalizace modelu. Nakonec došlo k srovnání aplikací.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of existing frameworks for the deployment of neural networks. The theoretical section includes the introduction to the field of neural networks, analysis of the current state of frameworks for deep learning, and the deployment options of a machine learning model. The practical section demonstrates these options by creating two applications for object classification using the InceptionResNetV2 model. Here, the Keras API and the Flask web framework are used for deployment in a web application. The mobile application is implemented with the help of the TensorFlow Lite framework, where post-training quantification took place to optimize the model. In the last section, both applications were compared.
