Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá studiem struktury epitaxních Ge mikrokrystalů, které se připravují depozicí na Si substrátu obsahujícím pravidelnou síť litograficky vytvořených sloupečků. Krystalová kvalita Ge mikrokrystalů byla studována pomocí rentgenové difrakce metodou mapování reciprokého prostoru. Abstract:
This thesis deals with a study of structure of epitaxial Ge microcrystals, which are produced by deposition on Si substrate containing a regular net of lithographically formed pillars. Crystal structure of Ge microcrystals was studied by x-ray diffraction method called reciprocal space mapping.
