Social work in the concept of social housing in Ostrava

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systém sociálního bydlení v České republice. V současné době tato oblast není legislativně zakotvená. V rámci dokumentu Koncepce sociálního bydlení ČR 2015 - 2025 na území České republiky probíhají pilotní ověření systému sociálního bydlení. Cílem diplomové práce je porozumět, jak roli sociální práce v oblasti sociálního bydlení chápou sociální pracovníci participující na realizaci projektu "Koncepce bydlení a její pilotní ověření ve městě Ostrava". Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány a definovány teoretické aspekty. Do teoretické části patří popis chudoby a sociálního vyloučení, sociálního bydlení, sociální práce, Koncepce sociálního bydlení na území ČR a sociální bydlení ve městě Ostrava. Výzkumná část je realizována formou kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metodou zakotvené teorie. Analyzuje rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky, kteří participují na pilotním ověření ve městě Ostrava.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the system of social housing in the Czech Republic. At present, this area is not legally anchored. As part of the Social Housing Concept document of the Czech Republic 2015-2025 in the Czech Republic, pilot testing of the social housing system takes place. The aim of the thesis is to understand how the social work in social housing is understood by social workers participating in the implementation of the project "Housing concept and its pilot verification in the city of Ostrava." The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part the theoretical aspects are described and defined. The theoretical part includes the description of poverty and social exclusion, social housing, social work, the concept of social housing in the Czech Republic and social housing in the city of Ostrava. The research part is realized in the form of a qualitative research strategy, the method of the grounded theory. Research part analyzes interviews with social workers who participate in pilot verification in Ostrava.
