Homogenity of public interest as a factor of succes of community plannig

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zájmy a hodnotové orientace hlavních aktérů komunitního plánování sociálních služeb ve městě. Práce se zabývá vztahem mezi těmito zájmy a jejich vlivem na úspěšnost komunitního plánování. V teoretické části postupně objasňuje pojmy jako veřejný zájem a komunitní plánování. Zabývá se charakteristikou zájmů a cílů aktérů komunitního plánování a faktory, které je mohou ovlivnit. V empirické části se na základě provedeného šetření předkládá analýza zájmů aktérů komunitního plánování. Zabývá se odlišností zájmů jednotlivých aktérů nejdříve v rámci své skupiny a poté poměřuje zájmy skupin aktérů mezi sebou. Na základě získaných poznatků vyslovuje závěry k heterogenitě zájmů a vlivu na úspěch komunitního plánování ve zkoumané lokalitě.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the interests and value orientation of the main actors of community planning in the city. The work deals with the relationship between these interests and their influence on the success of community planning. In the theoretical part gradually explains terms like public interest and community planning. It deals with the characteristics of the interests and objectives of community planning actors and factors that may affect them. In the empirical part, based on the investigation, the analysis of the interests of actors of community planning. It deals with the differences in the interests of individual actors first in its group, and then measures the interests of groups of actors with each other. Based on the findings draws conclusions to the heterogeneity of interests and influence the success of community planning in selected locality.
