V této práci se prozkoumávají faktory obnovitelných zdrojů energie, které vedou ke změně hodnoty tržního ocenění nemovitosti. Zmiňují se zde jednotlivé zdroje obnovitelné energie a dále pak stavební řešení, které dovolují lepší využití těchto zdrojů. This work explores the factors of renewable energy, that lead to the change of market evaluation of property. Individual sources of renewable energy are mentioned, as well as construction solutions, with lead to better use of these resources.
