Gastronomy in the Pardubice region

Abstract:

Má práce se zaměří na zkoumání gastronomie v Pardubickém kraji. Návštěvou několika restaurací a svým nezúčastněným pozorováním se zaměřím na stravovací návyky hostů, dotýkám se i zdravé výživy a dietetiky. Dále se zmíním o kulturních aspektech stravování a rozeberu úlohu jídla z pohledu antropologie. Ve své práci chci také nastínit historii gastronomie až po současnost. Dále se má práce zaměří na etiketu stolování, provedu analýzu jídelního lístku, chtěla bych zmínit tradiční jídla, nápoje a jejich konzumaci pro Českou Republiku.

Abstract:

My work focuses on the exploration of gastronomy in the Pardubice region. I will visit several restaurants and I will observed, I will focus on the eating habits of guests and I will talk about nutrition and dietetics. I mention the cultural aspects of food and will discuss the role of food from the perspective of anthropology. In my work, I will also outline the history of gastronomy to the present. Further work has focus on dining etiquette. I will analyze the menu, I would like to mention about traditional meals, drinks and their consumption for the Czech Republic.
