Tato magisterská práce zkoumá restaurování a prezervaci raných barvených filmů, zejména filmů virážovaných a tónovaných. První část práce shrnuje historický kontext a metody výroby a uvádění barvených filmů využívané přibližně mezi lety 1895–1930 na území Československa. This Master thesis focuses on restoration and preservation of early films colorized by hand coloring, stencil coloring, but mainly by tinting and toning. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to explaining production and presentation of these early colorized films in the period between 1895 and late 1920s in the Czechoslovak region.
