Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením konfliktů ve firmě. Teoretická část obsahuje definování konfliktu, jeho druhy, jaké má příčiny, vývoj, jeho řešení a co může konflikt obecně do pracovního prostředí přinést, pozitivně či negativně. The bachelor thesis deals with conflict resolution within the company. The theoretical part includes defining conflict, its types, causes, development, resolution, and the general impact conflict can have on the work environment, positively or negatively.
