Kvalita služeb MHD v Pardubicích a Hradci Králové z pohledu cestujících

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou služeb MHD v Pardubicích a Hradci Králové z pohledu cestujících. V první kapitole jsou vymezena zejména teoretická východiska zkoumané problematiky. Ve druhé kapitole je provedena analýza kvality služeb MHD v Pardubicích a Hradci Králové. Ve třetí kapitole jsou navržena opatření na zlepšení kvality služeb MHD, která jsou ve čtvrté kapitole zhodnocena.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with quality of urban public transport services in Pardubice and Hradec Králové from the point of passengers. In the first chapter are defined especially theoretical definitions of the researched issues.
